1. Who we are

HeroCall is an AI phone receptionist service for UK tradespeople, operated by Hero Foundry (company number 17274332). Our website is herocall.co.uk.

2. The service

Hero Foundry provides HeroCall, an AI phone receptionist that answers your business calls, captures the key details, and lines up the next step. During the pilot, HeroCall is free to use. You sign up and manage your account via the application at app.herocall.co.uk.

3. What you provide

To use HeroCall, you'll need to provide:

  • Your business name and contact details
  • The phone number you want calls forwarded from
  • Any service information that helps HeroCall capture calls accurately

4. Plans & billing

During the pilot, HeroCall is provided free of charge to UK tradespeople. Pricing for after the pilot has not been finalised. If and when paid plans are introduced, you'll be given reasonable notice before any charge applies to your account.

5. Free pilot

During the free pilot period, HeroCall is provided at no charge. We may update the pilot terms or pricing at any time, with reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use HeroCall lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. HeroCall is not an emergency service. If a caller reports an emergency, HeroCall will direct them to call 999.

7. Limitations

HeroCall uses AI to capture calls. While we work hard to capture details accurately, we do not guarantee that summaries will be 100% correct. You are responsible for reviewing captured calls and following up appropriately. HeroCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any specific outcome.

8. Cancellation

You can stop using HeroCall at any time. There are no contracts to cancel and no fees to pay during the pilot. If paid plans are introduced later, you can opt out before any charge applies.
